What if the assistant makes something up or gets it wrong?
The AI assistant takes its answer from your materials, and if the answer isn’t there, it says so and calls you in. Before launch we test it on real questions, and the log shows what customers asked and how it answered.
How is an AI assistant different from an ordinary chatbot?
An ordinary chatbot leads the customer along buttons and canned answers, and answers a free-form question off the point. An AI assistant understands questions put in the customer’s own words and answers from your documents: the price list, rules and notes. We’ll show you at the free review.
Why are you cheaper than others?
We use AI tools efficiently: they speed up the work of our experienced, highly paid specialists, and what used to take weeks now takes days. That’s why we can offer prices lower than studios that build assistants by hand.
Don’t customers dislike robots?
